I would have given it 5 stars but it took as forever to physically bring home the car we bought. Although, service was great. Our agent Billie was really helpful from filling out the papers to explaining how all the gadgets work. He was also so apologetic about the delay. The place was very clean even the bathroom and they offer free coffee and water!
After PMS work worth almost Php30K. The engine light alarm is now lit and with no clear source of the problem.. indicating possible engine problem and possible driving hazard with me and my family.
Took forever for them to provide update. You have to text and call them EVERYDAY TO FOLLOW UP BOTH THE CLAIMS ADVISOR AND THE INSURANCE.

1st time PMS and was not done properly. I need to go back again the next day and have it checked why there was a water leak in the washer fluid reservoir. There was no leak before PMS and getting it damaged was not explained properly considering our car has not been in an accident and the damaged hose is inside which there is no other means of getting it damaged. So Im assuming that it got damaged during the preventive maintenance that time. And Glenn M. the service advisor is claiming its not their fault and he had me pay again which i think should have been a back job and since it's not confirmed so i let it go.
After few days later there is a leak again and i had it checked and repaired in a car shop near me as I'm frustrated with Toyota Manila bay. The car shop checked/ repaired it and shown that a tool had it damaged which had a small slice puncture. Now im pretty confident that it's been done by a person. And who else could it be?

The car was released with 32k worth of express maintenance. However, one of the tires was not inflated. Upon reviewing the service billing, the tire inflation pressure inspection is included. I wonder what else is not true with what they charge us.
We got our Toyota Raize here, their CR here has a bidet and they also give you free water & coffee while you wait. Waiting time can be pretty long especially when you get your vehicle on a weekend still really happy with how our agent Ruby handled our transaction from start to finish!
friendly customer service assistance and even the employees are easy to approach if you need assistance including the guards on duty.
